This conceptual will is translated from an architectural point of view by :
- The use of percepts of Moroccan architecture, such as the patio, the interior gardens and the moucharabiehs
- The use of programmatic elements to create aesthetic and functional links and achieve a coherent overall image and insertion into the site
- The design of a volumetry resulting from a simple and harmonious nesting of volumes responding to particular functions
- The differentiated treatment of ambiences (footbridges linking secondary entities; interior patios; vegetated terraces and accessible hanging gardens...)
- The protection of the building from climatic and acoustic nuisances (double skin on the façade; plant filters; plant screens in front of the glass façades).
The ring beam draws a long horizontal line that allows the project to be established and integrated into a residential context. It also provides a podium over which the other elements of the program are placed or gravitate to create aesthetic and functional links and to obtain a coherent overall image.
The theatre occupies an important place in this arrangement, conceived as a distinguished architectural object floating above the podium, it is located at the highest point of the project at the corner on the development road that connects the site to the A1 motorway. This facility works urban signal and a distinguishing element of the GSR campus visible from afar.
