The project was developed with two primary aspirations that guarantee the attractiveness of urban centers: to offer a sustainable neighborhood that respects the environment and an evolving living environment that will support future aspirations and lifestyles. The ambition of the proposal seeks to rethink density, reinforce sustainability, and encourage the appropriation of housing.

The project is thus based on the notion of heterotopia, forged by Michel Foucault, and considers heterotopic space as a regulatory space placed in the city, thought of as a resilient and complex system.
