The CGI Residential Development is a 28 500 Sq/m Residential project gathering 220 Apartment units through an experimental semi-collective urban typology.
The different blocs compose 2 to 3 different houses and allow a minimal use of the ground, creating more density and offering the impression of owning an individual house: Ground floor apartments with private gardens, or duplexes with interior double height or significant terraces.
The imbrication of different types of houses allow us to diversify the real estate offer and be able to use different architectural and urban forms.
The urban typology tends to adequately answer social and cultural needs, by offering individualized housings, with private accesses, providing separate private exterior space, may it be a garden or a terrace, and visually separate each housing through a different volume or a material.
It also allows, as for collective housing, better social interactions through a well hierarchized public places and gardens, and a social diversity thanks to varied apartments types and sizes.
